About John Terrasi

 

I am originally from Monroe, Michigan where I was born and raised.

I have been married to my lovely wife Josie for 38 years and have four children.  I pride myself in getting to know my clients and sincerely helping them with the best choices for their mortgage.  I am very active in the community and have volunteered numerous hours with the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce and the EBC.

 

In my spare time, I enjoy being with my grandchildren and golfing as much as I can.

 

From May 2004 to the present, I have been a Licensed Mortgage broker state of Florida at Lee Coast Mortgage.

 

My previous work experience is as follows: 

From 1988 to May 2004, I was the Activity Director of the United Way funded Community Center,  working with the economically disadvantaged.  Responsibilities included: Fiscal budget all activities and programs for youth and adult.  Supervise all on site and off site field trips and outings ( documenting parent permission; involvement and supervision ).  Scheduling of all transportation ( using in house and state mandated guidelines ) Director of onsite boxing program that produced ** 1 World Champion and 2 who fought for World championships.  Director of county Black History committee: bring in guest speakers and programs.  ** World renowned Blues Musicians started at our community center until it got too big and had to move to a Theatre Senior Citizen programs: Health to Recreation::  Everyday lunch program: Indoor Bocce ball program.  Youth school Mentoring program. Professional and Collegiate athlete involvement
